Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive medical care: Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnose medical conditions, and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans in line with evidence-based practices.

2. Perform medical procedures: Administer medical treatments, perform minor surgeries, and provide specialized medical procedures as required.

3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Work closely with nurses, medical assistants, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care.

4. Establish and maintain patient relationships: Build strong and trusting relationships with patients, effectively communicate diagnosis, treatment options, and educate patients on preventive healthcare measures.

5. Maintain accurate medical records: Document patient information, medical history, examination findings, diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

6. Stay updated with medical advancements: Continuously expand medical knowledge and keep abreast of latest research, best practices, and advancements in medical technologies and treatments.

7. Adhere to medical standards and regulations: Comply with relevant medical regulations, protocols, and guidelines to ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and quality of care.

8. Participate in professional development: Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending medical conferences, workshops, and continuing medical education programs.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution.

2. Board certification or eligibility in a specific medical specialty.

3. Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in California.

4. Demonstrated clinical competence and knowledge in the respective medical specialty.

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and healthcare teams.

6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.

7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage patient records and documentation.

8. Commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on compassion, empathy, and professionalism.
